About the position
Develop workforce enablement and training offerings (“Platform Academy”) focused on FG-2 platform technologies for local and global Hubs
Choose and design adequate content and technologies in close collaboration with FG-2 / HQ and relevant Hyperscalers
Steering partner collaboration with external consultants
Align the right and preferred role-based paths and curricula with local delivery managers, domain and product owners
Organize and deliver all formats locally including participant selection, communication, onsite set up as well as virtual sessions, pre- and post-delivery and briefings of all support functions
Plan and deliver all communications, e.g. participants, their team leads, local management
Works to ensure participants receive high end enablement experience and state of the art training content and formats
Familiar with Agile methodologies and have prior experience working with Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban
Identify risks and provide relevant solutions to complex problems and on-time delivery
Hands on experience in Working closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, feature teams, developers, solution architects
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner through [URL Removed] or scrum alliance
Degree in IT or similar
Project Management Certificate
At least 5 years working within a cloud competent team
Essential Skills Requirements:
Working knowledge in the context of training and creating curricula
In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies- and frameworks
Effective stakeholder and team management
Experience with AWS and Azure
Understanding of cloud competency and delivery standards
Well versed with steering a culture of enablement
Comfortable working with steering a cloud competency culture
Strong experience working in a continuously changing and growing organisation
Drive progressive thinking and continuous improvement
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Knowledge of user experience design principles
Experience with Project, Change and Transition Management and Documentation tools (e.g Jira, Confluence, Trello)
Operations Management
IT security best practices and risks
