About the position
Selling FinanacialServices Debt Counselling services over the telephone Requirements:
Achievement of sales targets and objectives within tight business disciplines and prococesses
Identifying new creative means of achieving sales/campaign goals (within compliance regulations)
Ensures compliance to process and procedures to minimize business risk
Keep abreast of new technology and processes being implemented within the area
Working towards achievement of sales targets within a diverse team
Quality management of all outputs, with the end customer in mind
Optimal operational efficiencies must be maintained
Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements
Actioning of leads and updating of leads status
- Matric
- Contact centre Experience - `minimum 6 months
- Customer service & sales target with commission
- Debt counselling or consolidations would be advantageous
- Must have experience reaching sales targets. Must have proven sales track record.
- Strong level of computer literacy (including MS Office) to interface with mutli-system technology
- No criminal record, no ITC
- Passed numeric and verbal reasoning key behavioural
- High level sales ability and negotiation
