Requirements:

- Prior knowledge of the NGO-landscape would be advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
- Client Onboarding:
- Provide the client with onboarding documentation, including contracts, service agreements, and any necessary forms
- Clearly outline terms and conditions, as well as expectations regarding deliverables and timelines
- Offer training sessions or educational resources to familiarize the client with your products/services
- Provide guidance on how to utilize your offerings effectively to achieve their desired outcomes
- Client Coaching: building trust and rapport, clarifying goals, assessing the current situation, identifying obstacles, and developing actionable plans
