About the position
Our client, a medical scheme seeks to employ a Claims Assessor to ensure all claims are assessed following appropriate rules and paid correctly.
Key responsibilities:
- Validate all claims, and ensure they are correctly completed.
- Process of paper claims as determined by BIT administration system.
- Reaching overall targets in the Department pertaining to the payment of claims.
Key requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate required).
- A minimum of 2 years claims assessing experience within the Medical Aid industry. (ESSENTIAL).
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
