Due to extensive growth my client is seeking an Admitted Attorney boasting 8 years of post-admission experience in High Court Banking Litigation, particularly specialising in Foreclosures. Minimum Requirements
· Admitted attorney.
· Minimum 8 years post admission experience, specialising in High Court Banking Litigation with specific focus on Foreclosures and vehicle and asset finance matters.
· Previous experience in working on AJS & GhostPractice would be an advantage.
Experience Required
· Possess high court litigation experience.
· Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
· Previous experience in managing junior personnel would be an advantage.
· Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
· Ability to perform well under immense pressure.
· Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.
Skill Requirements
· Strong communication skills.
· Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
· Dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
· Able to forge and maintain excellent inter-personal relationships.
· Willing to work over-time if operational requirements so require.
· Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
