Strategic Planning Skills
Financial & Business Management Skills
MUST have FMCG/Manufacturing Industry experience
Planning, Monitoring of the Site
Ensure that INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS are maintained
Ensure that Company Policy and Procedures are implemented
Set-up and Monitor the Implementation of the MANAGEMENT
CONTROL SYSTEM
Ensure correct number, type of Quality of personnel are
available on Site and allocation of man-hours
