International business, prominent in the tourism sector and 4x4 vehicle and camper rentals is looking for an HR Manager to look after their people and future growth of the business; upgrading potential systems and processes, offering necessary support to management.

A new role to make your own, requiring a solid background as HR Generalist, the ability to manage a diverse staff compliment of 100 across Southern Africa including Namibia and Botswana.

Position highlights include:

• Complete HR generalist responsibility
• Ensuring policies and procedures are implemented, updated, signed and in place
• Managing the entire recruitment process - talent and employee acquisition
• Managing disciplinary process
• Staff welfare and communication
• Investigating and putting in place KPI for certain roles
• Performance management
• Ensuring legal compliance with labour laws
• Creating a positive and happy working environment and company culture
• Dealing with staff grievances / concerns / queries and general discussion
• Training and development/ skills development

In order to be successful in this role you will require:

• Relevant bachelor's degree in human resources or the likes
• 5 years plus experience in this field
• Strong communication skills
• High energy with the ability to multitask and manage a diverse workload
• Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently
• Eloquent and professional
