Join our dynamic team based in Cape Town as a Minute Taker/Secretary/Typist. We are seeking a mature individual with exceptional listening, typing, writing, and editing skills to support our operations. This is an office-based position that requires attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Attend various meetings and accurately record minutes.
Ensure minutes are clear, concise, and follow all required formats.
Distribute minutes to relevant parties promptly.
Maintain a record of minutes and other meeting documents.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Ensure all documents are formatted correctly and free of errors.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proven ability to take accurate and comprehensive minutes.
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Mature and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
