We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team, and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong background in food and beverage management, and proven leadership skills to motivate and guide our team to success.
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide excellent service and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, optimize menu pricing, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining environment for customers and staff.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus.
