About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning and scope definition;
- Resource management;
- Risk management and issue resolution;
- Change management and stakeholder management;
- Documentation and knowledge management; and
- Prioritisation and backlog management.
Non-Negotiables:
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager (IT and Business)
- Experience in digital and process transformation projects within financial services;
- Experience in process design and change management frameworks;
- Knowledge of client experience and investment front-office practices;
- Computer literacy in SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, MS project, Azure DevOps and Power BI;
- Competence in both Agile and Traditional Project delivery methods; and
- Experience in leading a team and/or project management office.
