About the position
Our client in the gaming industry based in Cape Town would like to hire an HR Administarator with a disability.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties such as, birthday/new appointments/termination announcements etc,
- Submission of invoices for payment via the procurement portal
- Employee take-on and exit procedures
- Monthly compilation of payroll changes to be submitted to Payroll for processing by thepayroll cut-off date
- Approval of leave via Employee Self Service (ESS)
- Administration and documentation of compensation and benefits
- Onboarding procedure for new employees
- Administration of the employee industrial relations and disciplinary procedures
- Administration of new employee gambling licence applications and renewals
- Administrative assistance and support to the HR Officers when required
- Weekly update of Sun Talk
- Document preparation for internal/external BEE Audits
- Document preparation for labour inspection audits
- Administration of probation reporting
- Assist with Monthly reports
- Administration of CSI
- Ad hoc/general administration & record keeping
Desired Skills:
- General knowledge of HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Word
- MS Excel
