The role leads a team & manages all aspects of the branch such as sales, buying, stock control, service, operations, administration, and financial management. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. The position forms part of the Company's Top Team that drives group strategy and enhancements plus offers opportunities for professional development. Further making a significant impact within Sheerline Aluminium Systems and its people by learning fast and transferring knowledge to subordinates. Additionally, strong communication, data analysis and interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
