Adobe Journey Optimiser Practitionerer - Johannesburg
Hybrid Model
Contract 6 - 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Refer to journey strategies and build customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, leveraging data insights, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
- Design and implement automated marketing campaigns and communications across various channels, including email, mobile, web, and social media.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for journey optimization initiatives.
- Create and manage customer segments based on demographic, behavioural, and transactional data, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with the analytics team to track customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with Client teams to provide training to internal teams on workflows, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation, CRM, and customer journey optimization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer including campaign setup, workflow creation, audience segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and draw actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant Adobe certification on AJO highly desirable.
