About the position

Actively promote and sell hygiene products and solutions to diverse customers, aiming to onboard new customers, drive sales, and ensure customer retention. Ideal candidates will excel in communicating hygiene best practices and possess a profound understanding of chemical applications in the hospitality sector.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Matric (post-matric qualification in sales advantageous)
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales/account management within chemical/hygiene solutions, preferably within hospitality
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical products and their applications in cleaning and sanitation
  • Willingness to travel extensively to client sites as needed

Key Performance Areas:

  • Sales, new business development and account management
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' hygiene practices and chemical usage
  • Develop customized hygiene solutions tailored to clients' specific needs and challenges
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients' staff on proper chemical handling and hygiene protocols
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvement and upselling opportunities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
