As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing long-term relationships with clients in outer-lying Cape Town regions, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service, develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, and actively seek out new business opportunities. Your role will involve regular travel, across far distances.

• What you'll need

You will have a demonstrated electrical background, either via formal education or solid work experience in the electrical industry. You will have worked in sales for at least 5 years and have demonstrated strong customer loyalty and retention. Your exceptional communication skills, in both English and Afrikaans, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset are essential. You should possess active listening abilities, persuasive communication skills, and a collaborative approach to work. You will be required to have your own vehicle and valid license.
